Aris Morfopoulos

Aris Morfopoulos is a senior financial executive with more than 35 years of corporate management experience, including two decades as a CFO for publicly listed mineral exploration companies headquartered in Vancouver. His background spans financial reporting, corporate governance, capital allocation, and the operational structuring required to support early-stage and growth-focused exploration companies.
In addition to his mining experience, Aris spent over 20 years in the internet domain industry, where he was a principal and executive of a high-growth technology company that was ultimately acquired by a major Silicon Valley buyer. This combined mining–technology background provides him with a unique perspective on corporate strategy, disciplined financial management, and value creation in fast-evolving sectors. Aris holds a BCom. (Hons.) from the University of Manitoba.
